Dr. (Mrs.) Aarti Sharma joined PAU in year 2005 in Mohinder Singh Randhawa Library as Assistant librarian. She has done B.Com from G.C.G, Chandigarh in 1997 and has done her B.Lib.& Inf.Sc. and M.Lib.& Inf.Sc. from PU Chandigarh in 1998 and 1999 respectively. She has done her Ph.D. from PU Chandigarh in 2011 on “Preservation and conservation of manuscripts”. She is having specialization in digitization and automation of library. She participated actively in implementation of KOHA in library and Digitization of the resources of PAU and facilitated in creating PAU Repository.
Teaching
She has a teaching experience of 14 years. She has been teaching PG courses-Library and Information services (PGS-501) and Research and Publication Ethics (RPE 501) to master and doctorate degree students of PAU.
